We know the wedding day itself will fly by, so we wanted to build a whole experience around it — long breakfasts, pool hangs, sunset drinks, recovery BBQs and plenty of quality time with all our favourite people.
To make that happen, we've secured Villa Kalyana, a huge private complex, exclusively for our guests from 31 January – 3 February 2027. It's right next door to our wedding venue, Ban Sairee Villa — the two connected directly by the beachfront, essentially our own private little oasis for the whole stay.
Staying onsite is completely optional — there are plenty of hotels, resorts and Airbnbs within a 15-minute drive if you'd prefer to arrange your own.
A huge private beachfront estate of 26 rooms across three wings — Orchid, Lotus and Garden — with master suites, beach bungalows, apartment rooms, bunk rooms and shared-lounge rooms for couples, families, friends and solo guests.

Because Villa Kalyana is a private estate rather than a hotel, things work a little differently — the whole property is rented as one, so we'll coordinate rooms and payments with you directly.
Fill out the accommodation request form with your preferred room and bedding.
We'll coordinate allocations and get back to you to confirm your room type.
Once you're happy with your room, we'll send through payment details to secure your booking.
Room requests close on 1 November 2026, and final payments are due by 15 November 2026.
We'll stock the communal kitchen on arrival with some basic snacks and drinks for all to share. :)
All room rates are listed in USD, as that's the currency charged by the villa. Payments can be made to our Wise account in GBP, USD or AUD, or to our local Thai bank account in THB. For non-USD payments, we'll convert using the Wise rate on the day.
Rooms are offered as a fixed 3-night stay, 31 Jan – 3 Feb.
Children are guests aged 12 and under at the time of stay.
Room rates are based on the standard occupancy listed for each room type. If you'd like to add an extra adult or child to your room, please let us know below and we'll check what's possible with the villa manager. Extra guests may be possible in some rooms, with an additional charge, but only if we remain under the villa's maximum guest capacity overall.
Request your preferred room and bedding as early as you can. We'll allocate rooms on a first-come basis and do our best to accommodate everyone's preferences. If we need to make any adjustments, we'll contact you before payment is due.
